Package Delivery Policy: Guests must request guidance before scheduling any deliveries, as carriers are not permitted to deliver directly to the apartment door, and guests do not have access to the community’s package room. We strongly advise against using USPS, as it may result in undeliverable or unretrievable packages. We are not responsible for any packages delivered before check-in or after check-out. Guest Limit: Only registered guests may stay. Notify us of any changes. Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Appliances & Safety: Use the provided amenities responsibly. Lock doors/windows when leaving. Exterior cameras are in place for security.
