Downstairs, the bright open living room features a large sectional, a 75" Smart TV, and direct access to the kitchen, dining area, and pool. The primary suite is also on the first floor and includes a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. You’ll also find a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs, the second living room offers a cozy lounge area with a queen-size sofa bed, perfect for movie nights or extra space to unwind. Bedroom 2 has two full beds, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and Smart TV, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 5 also has a queen bed. A shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo serves the upstairs bedrooms. Please use the home and its amenities responsibly, lock doors and windows when leaving, and help conserve energy by turning off lights and adjusting the AC when not needed.
