Our stay here was for surgery at the Mayo Clinic. It was very close and lots to do around the apartment. It was so much better than a hotel, you felt like you were home. Fully stocked kitchen, great soaker tub and very clean. I would definitely return here again to see more of the sights and really enjoy everything. It was nice to be able to cook your own meals and not eat out for every meal. This place was spotless as well. You won’t find a better deal or a more comfortable place to stay while in Jacksonville! The host was super responsive and very clear on instructions. This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at.

Booking with JDMstays felt like such a great decision. My husband and I traveled with our 2 small children and stayed for about 5 days. The place was fantastic and even offered TWO pack n plays!! They were so communicative and clear with all instructions. Clean, well furnished, and just like the pictures. Location was great for being central to most anything in the Jacksonville area. Will definitely be back as we plan to visit family once a year :)

We had a great stay…the home was beautiful, brand new, and exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, very well stocked, and clearly thoughtfully prepared for guests. Communication with the host was smooth throughout our visit. Quick note for future guests: be sure to double-check that the access card is left behind at checkout (totally our oversight 😅). We’ve already coordinated to return it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily book again

Our stay at this property was absolutely flawless! As a newer listing, everything was pristine, modern, and perfectly located—offering the best of both worlds with accessibility and a quiet retreat. The amenities were truly "plus plus," with every detail thought out to make us feel right at home. Above all, the hosts were wonderful and their attentiveness was A+; they were incredibly welcoming and responsive from start to finish. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

We felt right at home. The area is great. Everything is close. Mayo Clinic, our reason to be in Jacksonville, was very convenient! Great restaurants and shopping just down the road. I’d stay here again!!!

Great location. Even for it being right by the highway the apartment complex itself was pretty quiet. Lots of young professionals around to. I really liked the front gate and the sense of security. Easy to get around to. The unit is a pool view everything was clean and had lots of space. Though the neighbor above likes to stomp a LOT everything else was great!
