Would recommend this unit and stay again. :) We stayed here for 3 nights and it was exactly as described. Clean, easy to access, centrally located. Washer and dryer was clean….bed was comfortable! The actually facility was so quiet and nice…the only thing was freeway noise. But it wasn’t bad….just sharing for those who have trouble with background noise. It was spacious and a lot of natural light. All check in and check out communication was clear and responsive! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. :)

The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The communication was EXECELLENT. Questions were answered immediately and I knew that I would have been taken care of in case of a mishap during my stay. The building is very quiet and relaxing. The balcony has a lovely view of the pool which I intend to use the next time we are back & it is Florida hot! Thanks for hosting.

We loved our family trip to St. Augustine, and the apartment we stayed in hosted by JDM! It seems like this place is new, and did not have any reviews which made me a little nervous. However, it exceeded our expectations, and I want to encourage people who look at reviews (or lack of reviews before booking) that this one matches the description! The place was clean and beautiful, and perfect for our family of 3! The community felt safe and the pool and other amenities were great! There are some great restaurants around the area as well. The host was responsive both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

This was our second time staying at this location and we continue to enjoy the location and the apartment itself!! It provided us with everything we needed and was easy access to the airport, hospital, restaurants and the beach!!! Great location for Mayo Clinic visitors. The place was spacious for two people and exactly as described. New construction with access to all complex amenities. Side and rear entrances to building are for residents only.

Awesome stay! Wasn’t sure if the address was correct based on the pictures, but it’s exactly where JDMStays says it is. The place was clean, manicured and felt like home. I also loved that JDMStays was communicative about things and gave recommendations on where to eat. Will definitely go back! Thanks for everything

Absolutely lovely stay! Great location, walking distance to restaurant and coffee shop. Near by shopping center. 15-20 min from the beach. We loved using the pool too! The home was clean and spacious 💕 we will definitely be back here anytime we come to Jacksonville! Thank you!

I stayed here for 40 days. I absolutely loved it. I felt right at home from the beginning. I did not want to leave. The place is absolutely gorgeous and it’s so private, peaceful and relaxing. Though I came to Jacksonville for work I was able to enjoy the restaurants the pool, which is absolutely stunning and it was in a very safe area. Everything under the sun that you need is a short local drive from restaurants to the grocery store to a barbershop. It’s just perfect! I have nothing bad to say like I said I didn’t want to leave. The host was beyond perfect and so responsive. I would strongly recommend booking here for a very long stays as they have every amenity both in the apartment and on the grounds, they will always have my business when coming to Jacksonville I couldn’t ask for anything better.
