The place exceeded my expectation. I wanted a clean, peaceful place with a gym on site and it offered more. The unit itself provided all I needed for a homey, restful accommodation. Kitchen has everything! I highly recommend this place esp for long stays.

We stayed at this accommodation for an entire month while I was doing a study program at the Mayo Clinic. I stayed with my husband and our 4-year-old daughter, and we had a very positive experience. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable and well-equipped for a long stay. The proximity to the highway was not an issue for us at all. In addition, any issues or requests we had during our stay were promptly addressed with great attention and kindness. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The condo was presented in pristine condition, spotlessly cleaned, extremely comfortable with all necessary utensils supplied. Located in a very trendy community with fabulous facilities onsite. Jax Digital Media Team did an amazing job with instructions etc and were very welcoming and communication was fast - well done!! 15 minute drive to many exquisite beaches and many restaurants walkable or 5 minute drive to abundance of eateries in St Johns Town Centre. Highly enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay! Host had everything we needed and was very responsive, communicative and nice! Airbnb was clean, in a nice location and pool was a bonus! About 15-20 minutes from the beach. Would stay again. :)

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was very nice and well located in Jacksonville with lots to do nearby. This was a great place to stop for a few days on my road trip. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. We flew in from out of state for a week of appointments at Mayo Clinic. The property was close to the hospital, near many restaurants and lots of shopping. I really enjoyed the property and would absolutely there again.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Everything was neat, clean, spotless and inviting. The host responded quickly and stayed in contact with us. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt totally safe. It was close to the places we needed to go. We were impressed and pleased with our unit and highly recommend JDMstays to our family and friends.
